The focus for the entire month of March 2010 will be armlocks from all positions.  Don’t miss any classes this month, as each class will build off the previous lessons!

Armlocks are among the highest percentage submissions at all levels of competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  They will be second nature by the end of the month.
