Huge congratulations to Trey Martin for achieving the accomplishment of a lifetime: the rank of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt! Julio “Foca” Fernandez gave an amazing seminar at Revolution BJJ on Sunday, May 8th, 2011. Other students promoted include:

The triangle choke is an amazingly important part of anyone’s jiu jitsu game. In May, we will focus on both attacking and defending the triangle choke, both as a submission and a position.
