All January long, the focus at Revolution BJJ turns to guard maintenance in the BJJ classes.  If your guard is passed immediately, it’s going to be extremely difficult to do anything offensively whatsoever, and even though people may be attracted to the sweeping, berimbolo, or submission game, without maintenance, it’s all for naught.
